Hotel Information

We are pleased to offer the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay at a discounted rate for attendees.  The deadline to reserve a discounted room was extended to June 1, but there may still be rooms available.  Contact us at info@metabolomicssociety.org with your arrival and departure dates, we can check availability at the Grand Prince Hotel.   

Cancellation Policy
Attendees are responsible for managing their own hotel reservations.  If you are unable to attend the event, contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation. To avoid penalty charges, your reservation should be canceled 5 days prior to your check-in date.  Send an e-mail to info@metabolomicssociety.org to cancel your conference registration. 

Scam Notice
The Metabolomics Society will NOT send you individual e-mails about booking your accommodation in Osaka.  If you receive such e-mails from travel or booking agencies, please delete or report as fraud.  Do not reply to e-mails with your arrival/departure dates.
