Sign-Up Required 
Several workshops have limited capacity, sign-up is required to attend.  You can make your workshop selections when you register for the conference.  On the registration form, sessions that have reached capacity will be marked as FULL. Check back frequently for cancellations, a waitlist will not be available. 

If your travel plans change, and you can no longer attend a workshop you selected, please notify us so we can open the space for another attendee.  

Hands-On Workshops
Some sessions are labeled Hands-On, meaning you will need to provide your own laptop. Bring your laptop fully charged, limited power will be available. 

Japan uses Type A and Type B power outlets at 100V.  You need to have your own adapter/converter.  Most North American laptop chargers will work without an adaptor, but European and others at higher voltage will require an adaptor.

If you already registered for the conference, and would like to add or edit your workshop selections: 

• Click the Sign-up Now! button below.
  
• Select "Sign in with your existing account". Enter your email address and password to log in.
  
• Click “Next” to proceed to the Registration Summary page.
  
• Click any blue “Edit” button to make your selections. 
  
• Click "Next" until you reach the final page and click "Submit".
