We are pleased to offer the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay at a discounted rate for attendees. Discounted rooms are available through May 14, or until the block sells out, whichever happens first.
Cancellation Policy
Attendees are responsible for managing their own hotel reservations. If you are unable to attend the event, contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation. To avoid penalty charges, your reservation should be canceled 5 days prior to your check-in date. Send an e-mail to info@metabolomicssociety.org to cancel your conference registration.
Scam Notice
The Metabolomics Society will NOT send you individual e-mails about booking your accommodation in Osaka. If you receive such e-mails from travel or booking agencies, please delete or report as fraud. Do not reply to e-mails with your arrival/departure dates.

The Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay is located on Osaka Bay and a convenient 3-minute walk to the ATC Hall. Room rate includes complimentary wi-fi in the guest rooms and throughout the hotel and complimentary transfer to and from the city center (JR Osaka) per the hotel’s fixed schedule.
